Employees of CLAIMEXPERT SRL and all interested parties may submit reports and/or complaints regarding acts or situations involving abuse, misconduct, or unlawful behavior occurring within the workplace and contrary to the Gender Equality principles set out in UNI/PdR 125:2022.

It should be noted that the identity of the whistleblower may remain anonymous and will be protected in all circumstances following the submission of the report.
Should the report lead to disciplinary proceedings, the identity of the whistleblower may not be disclosed without their consent, unless such disclosure is absolutely necessary for the purposes of the investigation. Reports are exempt from public access rights as provided for under Articles 22 and following of Italian Law No. 241 of 7 August 1990.
Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination in the workplace as a consequence of submitting a report may notify the Gender Equality Committee of such discriminatory conduct, either directly or through trade union representatives.
