Claim Expert is led by Gianmarco Di Campi, Sole Director and legal representative. Maria Sonia De Canale is Founder, General Manager and Head of Fraud Prevention; Alex De Canale is Operations Director.

Claim Expert maintains organisational, security and control measures to support insurance processes and the information handled on behalf of its clients. The organisation is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for its information security management system and UNI/PdR 125:2022 for its gender equality management system. It has also adopted an organisation, management and control model under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, with a Supervisory Body, and maintains business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
